please dig deep and donate to a very worthy cause of St Lukes Hospice. They provide invaluable support at what can be the most difficult time. EVERY PENNY COUNTS (nicking a well known tesco phrase) but in this case every penny really does go towards making a difference.

The Midnight walk, starts at midnight (as the name suggests) on 28th June 08. its 13.1 miles, from reasheath nanthwich, through nantwich, down nantwich road, to bannatynes health club and back again.  (im already in training)
