Myself and my friend Nicola have set ourselves the almighty challenge of climbing to base camp everest and in the process hope to raise a lot of money for our prospective charities.  Over the next few months we will be holding fundraisers, ceilidhs, burns suppers, the works, and also having to do a wee bit of hillwalking to get ready!

Sense Scotland do amazing work with children and families who are deaf and blind but also children and families who with sensory or learning conditions and also physical disabilities that my require respite care.

Your donations enable Sense Scotland to buy sensory equipment, extra staff, days out for the children and so much more.  Its a remarkable service, and one that i had the great pleasure of working with.  The children, families and staff create a wonderful atmosphere where children can relax and be cared for enjoy time with friends, and parents can relax knowing their children are happy and in good hands.

Like all charity services it relies on government funding and people to help raise money.  So with everyones generosity and help i aim to reach my target so that they can help more families that require their help.
