On July 02, 2009 I will be abseiling off West India Quay Car Park - an 80ft drop - argh  !!  But this is all in aid of a fantastic cause and charity.  Community Links helps thousands of children, teenagers, adults, elderly and disabled people in deprived neighbourhoods of East London every year.
