<p><a href="http://www.sitra.org.uk/index.php?id=396">Sitra </a>has chosen <a href="http://www.homeless-international.org/Home_1.aspx?id=0:907">Homeless International</a> as its Charity of the Year during 2010-11. <br />We are supporting this Charity through a series of events, some big, some small, and personal commitments and challenges from staff including cake sales, team challenges and quizzes and T20. <br /><strong></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>TOP NEWS</strong></span><br />We have smashed our year's target of £1,000 raised for Homeless International - this equates to:<br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">In Zambia</span>: Building foundations for 20 houses<br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">In Malawi</span>: Enabling 10 families to build their own toilets benefiting 50 people.<br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">In Tanzania</span>: 4 water kiosks with water connections serving 400 families (2,000 people directly).</p>
<p><strong>Events completed so far</strong>:<br />Adam ran the Birmingham 1/2 marathon on the 24th October and raised a staggering £307.50 for Homeless International which we have added to our total - <strong>well done Adam</strong>!<br />Away Day Treasure Trail and Smartie Tube challenge raised £54.00 - well done everyone!<br />Deborah's Mount Kilimanjaro Trek!
