Event: Scotland Again
We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Now in my sixty first year this year, I am cycling north through Scotland again to help raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK. I will be travelling along a similar 400 mile route to my trip last year and I am hoping for much dryer, warmer weather than I had then.

My wife’s mother passed away some years ago now, but for my wife it was the second time of losing her as dementia had slowly taken her mother’s memory over the preceding years. What better way for us to remember her than to help raise funds for research into Alzheimer’s and Dementia so that in the future others may be spared the effects of this dreadful disease.  Please help us in our goal by donating  to Alzheimer’s Research UK. Many thanks for your kind support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
