Story
Our jump is going to take place on 22nd September 2012 at Headcorn Airfield in Kent (weather permitting).
Sam, Jo and I work together and Dave is Jo's pertner. We have decided to do something that will be really memorable for us all as well as a huge challenge.
Sam says that he is not scared, but I'm not even going to try to fool anyone that I am not really very scared. Jo says that Dave is coping by just not thinking about what he will have to do.
I think that Cancer Research UK is a very good cause. Cancer will effect 1 in 3 of us in our lifetimes. Nearly all of us will have know someone who has either become a victim of Cancer or who will have survived due to the fantastic research into treatments that has been carried out in the past.
I feel that an absolute cure for Cancer would be one of the greatest gifts for mankind. One day I am certain that this will become a reality, but we need as much funding for research as possible to find the cures sooner. That way we will save more of the people who are so special to us.
We have all paid for the skydive so we won't be covering the cost out of the sponsorship.
Please help us to raise funds for the benefit of everyone!
