Hello Again Everyone
Well, we did it, and how amazing it was too. The weather conditions were perfect. We jumped from 14000 feet and landed feeling amazed and stunned, but still excited.
A trully emotional and wonderful event, improved only by the people who sponsored us
So thankyou all, we are still counting up but looks like around 1500 raised , maybe even more when all cash is collected in
Thankyou so very much for your support, with your money St Marys will be able to help so many more special babies
Paul
Hello Everyone!
As you may know, my children William and Lucy were born 12 weeks early, on 26th November 2007 at St marys Childrens Hospital, Manchester.
William weighed in at 2lb 8 and lucy 2lb 7.
They had personal care for 24 hours a day on the Neonatal Medical Unit, by a highly specialised team of Consultants, Doctors, nurses, and any other staff I can't think of!
Thanks to their efforts, our children our now thriving. To say thankyou to them myself and Lee Hindley will be throwing ourselves out of an aeroplane on the 27th September 2008. And yes there will be parachutes
To show your support please sponsor us via this site or if you prefer I have a sponsorship form at home. I would like to raise as much money as possible to contribute to buying a new incubator, without which so many precious babies would never have survived.
We jump to celebrate my childrens lives, but also to celebrate and remember those children and their families we have met along the way.
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Central Manchester & Manchester Children's University Hospitals Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
