My aim is to lose 4st 7lb within 9 months. I have enroled the help of the gym at The Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa and have also joined my local Slimming World group.
Of my 4 wonderfull children 3 of them are only here thanks to the wonderful support I received when they were born prematurely, my youngest son Curtis was born at 26 weeks weighing only 2lb. I also know the pain of having a child who did not survive a premature birth when my daughter Kayleigh was born at 25 weeks weighing 2lb and only lived for 14 hours.
I want so much to give something back to these wonderful people, without whom I would not have my precious family. So please sponsor me now!

Week 1 - Lost 3lb. Went to the gym 5 times, getting up at 6:00am each morning and doing an hour work-out (designed by Personal Fitness Trainer Kath) before starting work. In myself I have feel much better and I hope that the weight lose continues. The diet has been hard because I am always on the go and need to find some quick, easy 'sin-free' meals.
Week 2 - Found it difficult this week because I have had 2 meals out (1 leaving do and 1 birthday) but I have lost 1lb which I suppose is better than nothing.
Week 3 - Lost 2lb. Happy with this because I have spent a couple of days at my mum's (one or two glasses of wine there) and also had a night out. Did go to the gym 4 times though so I think that helped.
Week 4 - Another 2lb off - Have a Universal Contour Body Wrap this week and lost a total of 9.75 inches from my body, not a bad start.
Week 5 - Only lost 1lb this week, I am a bit dissappointed but I will just have to try harder next week, think I need to step up the gym, I have started doing some weights, lets hope that works. Another body wrap tomorrow !!
Week 6 - Had a little 1lb gain this week but I have still kept up the gym and I wont get too disheartened just have to try harder next week. Body wrap went well though, I have lost a total of 14.5 inches so far.
Week 7 - Back on track, even with my birthday, an engagement, a leaving party and a wedding. Only 1lb lost but with the amount of alcohol consumed I am more than happy with that. I have stepped up the gym again and my sessions now last between 75 - 90 minutes.
