I know that you've sponsored me before and i know that times are tight.

I also know that cycling round 250 miles around the East Anglian coast over a week isn't as impressive as climbing Everest, recklessly throwing myself out of a plane or bungee jumping in 24 different countries in as many days.

Despite that, if you can put your hand in your pocket for a few bob for a brilliant cause just to keep my mind on the job, i'd be very very grateful.

I start on October 11 and the aim is to start at the Wash and go right round the Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex coasts before cycling up to Billericay for a beer.
