I'm taking part in the Glasgow' Womens 10k 2008 on 18/05/2008 to raise money for Balikpapan Orangutan Survival Foundation and would really welcome your support.

BOS is a charity which means alot to me.  Without it's existance, thousands of Orangutans in Borneo wouldn't stand a chance of survival.  BOS UK supports reintroduction centres that help confiscate captive orangutans, give the ex-captives health care and assist them in developing skills necessary for forest life. After extensive care, the animals are released back into the forest to live as wild orangutans.  

It costs BOS over £1000 a year to rescue, rehabilitate and release each orangutan so your money is desperately needed to continue their work.

If I raise more than £500 in donations I will run the 10k dressed up as an orangutan - so dig deep everyone!
