As some of you may know, I ran the London Marathon in April 2012 and I was proud to be running for The Prostate Cancer Research Charity.  I really believe that smaller charities like PCRC need as much support as they can so they can continue their vital work to help men throughout the country to prevent and stop prostate cancer. People like my father Philip who, thanks to vital research and treatment, beat prostate cancer and is so very inspirational to me.

30,000 men a year are diagnosed with this disease and more needs to be done to highlight it and make the public more aware. I hope to be able to help spread the word.

So please if you can spare me a few pounds, both I and The Prostate Cancer Research Charity would be SUPER grateful!
