My story

A little bit more about me.
I gave up smoking on the 26th January 2012 and had a brainwave that I should compete in an event to keep my motivation up and also to be honest I could do with becoming fitter. So I decided to do a triathlon. Given my swimming background I thought the Olympic distance would be enough of a challenge. Hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew.

Update - My first attempt to give up failed but I'm now on day 29 without nicotine and know I will never smoke again. New quit date 29th March 2012
