My Sight Nottinghamshire (Formerly Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind /NRSB) is a local charity which exists to ensure people living with sight loss across Nottinghamshire have access to the same life opportunities as everyone else.

Story

On Thursday 5th November Smooth Radio Presenters Tim Gough, Eamonn Kelly and Claire Ahern will be walking across 20ft of burning embers at Nottingham Castle to raise money for Notts Royal Society for the Blind!

This is an amazing challenge so please show your support and sponsor them today!

Firewalking is an inspirational and barrier-breaking experience for all. After a 2 hour life-changing empowerment workshop Tim, Eamonn, Claire and many other daring indivduals will fearlessly walk across 20ft of wood embers burning at over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit without experiencing any pain or injury!!

You can also show your support by registering to firewalk yourself or by booking spectator tickets to come down and watch (there will be other entertainment, food and drink on sale and a fantastic fireworks finale!!) - call NRSB on 0115 9706806 for more info on this.
