Story

After completing my first London Marathon in 2010 in a time of 5 hours 31 minutes and 35 seconds I thought to experience it once would be enough. Truth is it wasn't, the experience was amazing; worth every ache, pain and minute of training so I did it again in 2011. Slower this time at 5 hours 54 minutes and 41 seconds due to injuries in training but a time I was proud of nonetheless.

I am about to become a marathon runner for the third time, in our country's olympic year, and am currently training hard to make it to the finish line on The Mall in 2012. So once again I would be very grateful if you could spare me some of your hard earned to support my charity; The President's Sporting Club / EDSC who provide sporting facilities, opportunities and holidays for disabled children with the help of people like you.

I am aiming to raise £1000 so the more you can give the better but every little does indeed help! So, you supply the money and I'll do the hard bit, deal?

Thanks for reading,
