"Today I will do what others won't, so tomorrow [we] can accomplish what others can't." - Jerry Rice

Next month a few friends and I will be climbing Vinson Massif (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinson_Massif), the highest peak in Antarctica, and we will also be raising money for an important charity called the Alzheimer's Society

If successful, we will have summitted 6 of the 7 highest peaks around the world including Mt Everest in 2008

A surprising fact is that 1 in 3 people over 65 will die with dementia. Dementia can be a terrifying, devastating and lonely illness - the Alzheimer's Society is here to ensure that nobody has to go through the experience alone but they need regular donations in order to continue the active role they play in people's lives

To provide you with an added incentive to donate, for every donation of at least £500, I will match it up to a total of £2,500
