Our work can give the joy of independence, help people with disabilities reach their potential and achieve ambitions thought to be impossible. Our 900 skilled volunteers design and make or adapt equipment to do just the job our clients want it to do and everything is provided free of charge.

Story

Hi - Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I am giving up alcohol for a year in support of the charity Remap. I am donating the money I would have spent on a nice bottle of wine (or rather, lots of bottles over the year!), and I hope that other people might sponsor my efforts by donating to Remap.

As most of you know I am disabled. I only became disabled in the last few years - and without the help of occupational therapists, and the equipment I received through them - I couldn't have got my life back on track again.

I would like to help other people in a similar position - and supporting Remap will do just that.

Remap has, for 40 years, provided one-off technical aids which help disabled people of all ages to enjoy a better lifestyle. So please support me supporting Remap over the following year. Cheers (in a non-alchoholic way), Jo Moody Online sponsors to date:
