Story

An unruly team of runners representing Sheffield University's School of English (Team SoE!) will be taking on The Hallam in Sheffield Varsity's 10k this March.

We are raising money for 'Reading Matters' - a charity organisation who provide one-to-one reading support for schoolchildren in South and West Yorkshire. The charity works to help young people become confident and enthusiastic readers, which includes training volunteers to act as reading mentors. We want to help 'Reading Matters' in their goal to improve literacy and spread a love of reading.

Please donate to help our cause and spur on our training!

Team SoE are: Amber Regis, Amy Ryall,  Andrew Smith,  Angela Wright, David Forrest, Jamie Lepiorz, Jane Hodson, Marcus Nevitt, Sara Whiteley, Tom Rutter

Donating through JustGiving is secure and easy - your money goes directly to the charity so there is no chance of it being frittered away post-race in the Bath. Make sure you Gift Aid your donation if you're a UK taxpayer. Please dig deep and donate now.
