Hey, I am doing another 10K run on Valentines day, 14 th of February. This time I am gonna run around London and sweat for VDAY London 2009 - a global movement to end violence against women and girls.

VDAY demands that all sorts of violence against women must end NOW ; rape, incest, battery, genital mutilation and sexual slavery. I totally agree - if you do too, please help me to raise some money for this wonderful organisation and make a change possible.
