Story

Hope for Haiti Song

Staff and pupils of Penrice Community College have pooled their creative talents and recorded a song for the people of Haiti hoping to raise money for ShelterBox.

ShelterBox is an international disaster relief charity specialising in emergency shelter provision. This humanitarian aid is delivered in iconic green ShelterBoxes and helps people who may have lost everything after a natural or manmade disaster.

Lenka Chanter, Penrice's Head of International Schools, came up with the great idea to record a charity single and get the school involved in something positive and fun to help those affected by disaster. After auditions for both staff and pupils and a frenzy of activity, the idea became a reality in just 5 days!

If you'd like to download this catchy and thought provoking tune, you can find it by clicking on the link below. Any donations will go directly to ShelterBox helping individuals and communities affected by disasters all over the world.
