After seeing Jason in the Paris Marathon and seeing the London Marathon a week after, I was inspired to do some sort of run around London.  I decided to enter the British 10km London Run (it would mean I would have to do some training...but not as much as for a half marathon...and a full marathon was totally out of the question!).

Then I thought, what am I running for?  and given Ammy's exemplary efforts last year and this year in the Cancer Research UK Race for Life, I thought, well, I should raise money for a cause I support too.

So, I have chosen a Breast Cancer Research Charity as 3 of my Aunties have had Breast Cancer so it's something which is closer to home.
