Hi everyone, i am (dad mike) and enjoyed the usual experiences of regular shouting matches with sophia but many more wonderful laugh's an chats.

i am no hard core cyclist but each painful mile will be made easier knowing how much soph would be cracking up with laughter watching my efforts, not to mention my neon frilly skirt? (for her benifit, not my personal taste!)

Other people on this site (Team Sophia) have already described the worthwhile charity that will benifit from our efforts i would just like to say thanks to everyone that has given practical and emotional support over the recent months.,

...and that memories are pricless...
