British 10k London Run

Please don't faint... but I am running my first ever 10K (literally) on Sunday for the Sheriff and Recorders Fund.

For the past 200 years, the Fund has been giving small, practical and timely grants to ex-offenders and their families for training, tools of the trade, clothing, furniture and white goods. Last year alone, the Fund gave grants totalling over £110,000 to more than 600 Londoners. Not only do these grants reduce the risk of re-offending but also provide much-needed support to ex-prisoners' partners and children.

.As you know I am barely capable of running for a bus so this is going to be a challenge but I am determined to finish..  with a smile!
