As lots of you will know (and those of you who don't will be incredibly suprised to hear) I am running the Great South Run in October this year!

It's 10 miles long and takes place in Portsmouth. Considering I'm the person who normally gets out of breath running for the bus this is pretty impressive, even if I do say so myself!

I'm doing the run in aid of the charity I work for, the Animal Health Trust, who do amazing work for the health and welfare of dogs, cats and horses.
