Hello!

So we agreed that 2016 would be the year we focused on our health and started running again following a bit of a hiatus!

We've meandered along a little so far, but now have something which has made us focus - the York 10k on Sunday 7th August.

We now not only have a target to work towards (trying to get as close to an hour as we can!) but it's a great opportunity for us to raise funds for a fantastic charity, the Benenden Charitable Trust.

The Benenden Charitable Trust provides grants to people struggling to make ends meet because of illness, disability and medical conditions. We hope that you can give a little to help people who are suffering health related financial hardship have somewhere to turn for help.
