Sadly 5,000 children in the UK die every year from a terminal illness, Caudwell Children provides organised holidays of a lifetime for terminally ill children and their families; supported by doctors, paramedicas and a team of volunteers.

I have been lucky enough to be chosen to join the charity to Florida in December 2011.

Even if its 10p to 10 pounds, please dig deep and help to keep the dream true for these special children!
