<p>Dear friends,</p> <p>Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I'm running the Bristol 10k (yes, really!) on the 20th May, to support a wonderful charity which is 100% dedicated to raising funds for Frenchay Hospital's Breast Cancer Centre near Bristol, to buy state-of-the-art technology and improve patient care to assist with diagnosis and those who are going through treatment. BUST was founded 20 years ago now, and is run by a dedicated group of enthusiastic volunteers and they're desperately trying to reach the &pound;1 million mark this year!</p> <p>You all know that I am not one to usually take part in such sporty challenges, but given that my Mum was screened and assisted by this very equipment, I decided I would try and help in some small way towards this very important cause! She's&nbsp;featured in the picture above by the way, second in on the right! And yes, that is exactly where I get my good looks from thank you &nbsp;;-) &nbsp;(sorry Dad, you're probably put off sponsoring me now!)</p> <p>I know you all probably get bombarded with requests for donations all the time, but in this instance I must let you know that everything I raise up to &pound;500.00 will be matched by my employer HSBC - so it's a great way to get a bank to pay out for once! I really do appreciate every one of your donations and will give you a great big hug to thank you personally when I next see you!</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
