Dear all,
We (the Pappini/Milward/Kidman dream team) have entered the London Duathlon on 13th September 2009.
Essentially it's a three leg race of run-cycle-run over a 'fun' distance (5-10-5 kms) or 'not so much fun' (5-20-10 kms). It can be run individually or in relay, and takes place in Richmond Park on the only day of the year that it is entirely closed to traffic.
Jon is involved as Trustee of the Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity and all proceeds will go towards enhancing medical care for children in the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Fulham Road.
Any pledges of sponsorship would be very gratefully received.
