For some strange reason I have agreed to walk 40 miles over 2 days. I will have to camp in a tent in the middle of a field with smelly boys (and smelly girls) I don't have any walking shoes and I haven't done any training. To make this experience more bearable please sponsor me!
I will be raising money for Northern Stage (Where I work). It is the largest producing theatre company in the north east. We make and present theatre for all ages and tastes and offer life changing opportunities to participate in the performing arts. Our theatre (formerly known as Newcastle Playhouse) turns 40 in 2010 and to celebrate, we are planning a very special programme of productions, projects and events which will help us reach more people and beat the recession!
They say Life Begins at 40 and the funds raised from this event will help the theatre take a leap into a more ambitious and sustainable future.
