Tuesday 5pm their journey sadly came to an end - all smiles now after a gruelling cycle ride.  Fantastic achivement, well done the 'sore bottys'!

And they're off... set off Sunday and now on day two rumour has it a few aches and pains already kicking in for our trained athletes! (53 miles behind them at Monday at 10.30am).

The Coast to Coast (C2C) cycle route runs from Whitehaven on the west coast of Cumbria to the North East coast at Sunderland.  Tradition dictates that we start the ride by dipping our back wheel in the Irish Sea and only ends when our front wheel gets a dip in the North Sea at the finish of 147 mile long journey.  Our route taking on mostly minor & off road cycle paths, and hopefully not too many ditches!

 Our efforts & pain will be made even more rewarding and we’ll be urged on by your kind donations.
