Sadeeqa Orphanage Trust is a young Charity, run by young British professionals who have realised that living in the West we enjoy a certain lifestyle that many people around the world could only dream of. Access to clean water, sanitation, food, shelter, clothing, education and medical care are just some of the many things that we expect in the West, but indeed are luxuries in other parts of the world. Living in the UK, it is all too easy to become self consumed in our busy lives, where our concerns are centred around acquiring and increasing personal wealth. The needs of the poor and destitute can sometimes be a very distant thought in our day to day lives.

In order to make a contribution, albeit miniscule in the grand scale of things, Sadeeqa Orphanage Trust has decided to embark on a project to open an Orphanage for girls in Lahore, Pakistan insha’Allah (God Willingly). This project will be a very personal project for those that wish to aid and assist us. For surely it was our beloved Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) who said: 'I and the caretaker of the Orphan will enter Paradise together'. It is for this reason that we have chosen to aid, probably the most vulnerable social group in Pakistan; young orphaned girls.

This is your opportunity to be personally involved in an Orphanage project. A project that you can see grow and develop insha’Allah (God Willingly). We want to help Orphaned girls and give them a life that we often take for granted.   

The project consists of three phases, the first phase being the acquiring of a plot of land in Lahore, Pakistan which costs £20,000. Our aim is to raise this amount and buy the land as soon as possible so that we can lay the foundations for this Orphanage and progress to Phase 2, which is the part building of the premises (outlined in website).

We pray that God Almighty aids us in our sincere intention to help destitute orphaned girls. It is from Him that we seek pleasure and from Him that we seek help.
