Hi all and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The South Downs Way is a long distance footpath and bridleway running along the South Downs in southern England. The off road trail runs for 100miles from Winchester in Hampshire, to Eastbourne in East Sussex with about 13,620 ft of ascent and descent. My plan is to complete a double traverse of the South Downs Way on a mountain bike, covering the 200miles and 26000ft of ascent in 24hours. The date is set for the 31st of July 2011, so training commenced yesterday!
