The plan has changed slightly... I will now be cycling from Bilbao in northern Spain to London, hopefully still in 7 days which (because its a little bit further than San Sebastian) will work out at around 880 miles, or about 125 miles per day.

I'm taking a very slight diagonal route up through France to get the Calais-Dover crossing.
