THE RESULT IS IN:

I completed the half marathon in 2 hours 21 minutes and 6 seconds (the important part) - so thank you all for your encouragement during the training and on the course itself.

I have now recovered and am already looking forward to next year.

There is still time to sponsor me..... the money raised will go towards Latin Link and its work across Latin America and half will go towards it's work in Cuba - where I spent 18 months.

In Cuba there are many churches that need money for building work and the church where I spent most of my time there is looking to buy a camion (truck) to help transport people to and from the church. So please do give generously and thank you for your time and donation.
