Hedghogs have a rough time to say the least. Already becoming endangered due to increased use of pesticides, being poisoned by slug pellets and run over on our roads, they are now facing the added threat of erratic winters. Thousands of hedghogs came out of hibernation when the weather warmed up early March, and are now freezing to death in these conditions. Hedghog sanctuaries are being inudated. I'm going to be doing a gruelling 26 mile run up Penyghent, Ingleborough and Whernside. Think of me suffering, and I'll think of the hedghogs. Give what you can. Thanks.
