I have raised a spectacular £675 for St Vincent's Hospice which will be matched by Morgan Stanley.  £1,350 from sponsor money, donations received of £500, together with regular tuck shop money from Renfrewshire Valuation Joint Board will go a long way assisting the Hospice in continuing with the specialist palliative care and support provided to both patients and family.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page once again. Family, friends and colleagues helped me raise £838 in May 2008 (matched by Morgan Stanley), raising a fabulous £1,676 for The Prostate Cancer Charity.

Sadly, my dad was taken into the care of St Vincents Hopice in Jan '09 and passed away on 17th Mar. The specialist palliative care provided by the Hospice was outstanding, and my dad could not have been in better hands. It is therefore for the Hospice that I am running the Woman's 10k again this year (despite being told by dad that he thought I was getting too old to take part in these events!).

My goal is to raise as much as I can for the Hospice and beat last year's time (55mins 56secs).
