A massive thank you to everyone who sponsored me in this years London Marathon. I managed to complete the 26 miles 385 yards in 3 hours 45 minutes but more importantly raised over £1200 for the Lords Taverners charity. It is thanks to your generosity that this was figure was achieved.

The Lord's Taverners helps children with special needs to become involved with sports and I am sure you will recognise the importance of this charities work. Despite not being able to walk for a few days afterwards (although I hasten to add I did manage to control my 'natures call' on the run itself) the day was fantastic and I would recommend the London Marathon to anyone.
