Tomorrow I will be running 5k with my little boy Jack on my shoulders. He will be shouting instructions for me to go fast, or slow.  I was supposed to be running 10k but injured my ankle whilst training on Wednesday 😁

Anyhow, the charity I am supporting, as part of the Great Curry Run, is Medicins Sans Frontier.
