My story
Super League and World Champions Leeds Rhinos are looking to raised £5,000 to donate to Sport Relief with the entire squad pledging to have their heads shaved or their hair dyed red for the Rhinos clash against St Helens on Sunday 25th March, the day of the Sport Relief Mile across the country.
If the public pledge £5,000 by Friday 23rd March every player and coach has agreed to have their head shaved or coloured red in aid of this fantastic cause.
www.justgiving.com is a really easy way to raise sponsorship as you don’t have to collect a penny yourself and you can get sponsorship from people anywhere in then world! Your friends and family can put all their donations onto the website and they can see who else has donated. It also helps them to see why you are doing what you’re doing and how close you are to reaching your target. The website also automatically claims gift aid on relevant donations so Leeds Rugby Foundation will receive an extra 25p for every pound donated at no extra cost to the person making the donation.
