Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. On the 4th July 2009 some proud Sheffield lads will embark on a 10 Sports Summer Challenge. Like the decathlon only slower and more tiring to watch!
Although this is a bit of sporting fun, the aim is to find out who is the best athlete amongst the ageing crew of 20-30-somethings, we have decided to raise funds for Western Park Cancer Charity based in Sheffield.
Everyone taking part has agreed that all funds raised will go to this worthy charity. Thanks for your donations.
Personal note from Phil Parkin - I have chosen to dedicate my efforts to the memory of a great family friend - Pauline Fidler. She was an inspirational woman who has left a big hole in many people's lives.
