Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

I will be running the 2008 Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday 25th May in support of the Scottish Spina Bifida Association. - SSBA is a small self-funded charity with offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. The charity supports children and their families to understand and cope with the challenges of Spina Bifida. At its worst Spina Bifida is a several debilitating physical condition and often is accompanied by brain damage.

My family has personal experience of the work and support the SSBA provides. Since 2002 with your help we raised in the region of £20,000. The difference your generosity makes to the lives of the children and their families is enormous.

I appreciate that at this time of year you are asked to support many charities via different events. But I would ask you to consider a donation to SSBA to help motivate me during the final few weeks of training.

As in previous years all the money I raise will be donated in memory of my late sons Matthew and Teddy.

Many Thanks

Regards

Stephen
