CLICK Rukiga is bringing hope and a better quality of life to many in the Rukiga area of Uganda. This includes supporting a key school in the area, and sponsoring children through their education, and developing business in the area.

To raise money for this worthy cause, I'll be cycling from London Paris - with an added challenge of trying to do so in under 2 days!

The cycle will take place from 19th - 21st July.

The plan is to leave the Ugandan High Commission on Trafalgar square at 8pm on the Thursday, cycle overnight to Dover, before catching a few hours sleep on the Calais ferry. It'll be a good 100 mile leg to Amiens, before a 60 mile cycle on the Saturday to arrive at the Ugandan High Commission in Paris at 6pm.

It'll be a challenge so better get back in the saddle quickly!
