This charity is very close to my heart! I've lost both my nans to this awful disease, and in my job I've had to nurse and watch what it does to people! Also recently a friend has had to face this cruel thing! She's such an inspiration! I Really want to try and make a difference and help beat it once and for all! So watch this space!
