On Sunday 7th November I am running / walking / crawling up the 67 floors, 935 feet, and 1,512 steps of the CityPoint and Broadgate Tower buildings in the City of London.

If you want to know what this is like, imagine the most painful thing you've ever done, then multiply by ten.  Apparently.

I'm doing this with a team from Credit Suisse in aid of Action Against Hunger.  If I reach £500 then Credit Suisse will match it - doubling your donation.
