We are Mark Avogadri & Colin Argent, so why Stan and Ollie?

'Cos everyone came up with the same answer when we were looking for a team name. It seems there are some physical similarities. Cant see it myself, but I guess I get to hit Colin round the head a lot, & "That's another fine mess you've gotten us into" could be quite appropriate.

It seemed like a good idea in the pub. Spend a weekend driving all over the country in a leaky Land Rover, grab some sleep when you can, do some offroad driving & raise some money for charity at the same time.

In the cold light of day the challenge doesn't look as easy now. A thousand miles in a Land Rover would be challenge enough. Add in the lack of sleep, the snoring (we are both legendary snorers), the snow which always seems to appear somewhere and the stories from previous years about breakdowns in inconvenient places, this doesn't look as easy anymore....
