Well, we did it - and a very enjoyable day it was.

I was slower than expected but happy enough to decide that I will go ahead with August's Ironman.

Thanks to everybody who has donated & thanks to the folk from SIA who gave us the massage afterwards.

I still promise that if you sponsored us, I will sponsor you when you next do a marathon (or Ironman!).
