It was discovered too late to be operable so she is now undergoing chemo to try keep the tumour from growing.<br></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #800080;">Pancreatic cancer is the 10th most common cancer in the UK, yet it is one of the least known and researched cancer in the UK.&nbsp; </span></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #800080;">Forty years ago few children survived childhhood leukemia now survival rate is 80%.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #800080;">Forty years ago only 46% of women diagnosed with&nbsp; breast cancer survived more than five years, now that figure is also 80%.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #800080;">Forty years ago 3% of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer survived five years or more, now that figure is still 3%.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">We would like to help give Pancreatic cancer a voice and survive the 42km run with your help!</span></strong></p>
