Acorns supports around 750 children and almost 1,000 families every year. The charity needs to raise £11 million each year to provide its lifeline care. Your support means Acorns can continue to be there for local families facing the unimaginable. Together, we are stronger.

Story

March to Molineux

West Bromwich Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers supporters are joining forces to raise much needed funds for Acorns Children's Hospice.  Both sets of fans are putting local rivalries aside to hold a sponsored walk to Molineux ahead of the next Black Country Derby, on Sunday 12th February.

Walkers will set off from both grounds at 9am, meeting at the midway point before walking together to Molineux ahead of the game, so each walker will cover the 10.5 mile distance between the grounds.  I will be walking from the Hawthorns.

Although this is not the most arduous of tasks, Acorns Children's Hospice is one of the most worthy causes in the area, The Trust provides fantastic care for life-limited children and their families across the midlands region.

Please dig deep and give what you can, every penny makes a difference.  Just Giving is the most efficient method – every penny goes direct to Acorns and Just Giving make sure that Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, saving time and costs for the Charity.

Many thanks for taking the time to visit,

Rob
