On March 18th / 19th four of us (Emma Palmer - year 1 teacher and her husband, Steve Palmer, Paul Higgins and Paul Minton, both parents) will be undertaking a 100 mile bike ride from the London Eye to the village of Eye in Suffolk - 'Eye to Eye'. This fundraising event is certainly new to Emma who has never undertaken riding large distances before and knows that her legs are really going to feel the distance at the end!!

The school have pledged to try and raise at least £15,000 for this charity over the year. A teacher's nephew was born a year ago with anophthalmia and it made us realise in school how little financial support this charity receives, yet how important it is for the support of these famalies affected.
