Ciao!

This is my third London Marathon ! ! ! so I have decided to go for the "Rule of 3" and run for a Three Thousand Pounds fundraising target!

This is also my third year of running in the UK and my habits have changed dramatically: now, when I "hit" the famous "Wall", i don't dream pasta any more but...fish and chips and a pint of Bitter!!!!
