My story

 

Yo yo yo

I am running the London Marathon, which seems a lot more epic than I first thought.
26 miles!? I thought it was 24.

Anyways I must raise £1500 for the charity Whizz-Kidz, a great charity which helps improve the lives of disabled children.

Update: From 5th January to 26th April I have run 406.8 miles in 62 hours 53 minutes so my super training watch tells me!
I'm training lots so please make it worth it and donate some money to Whizz-Kidz

I ache all the time. I am being held together by hope and tenacity.

The Marathon is so soon! 26th April. I need more donations please!

 

Currently on the wind down phase in my training schedule to set myself up for the big day. I have a few injuries but hopefully I will have healed in good time!

Update: The knee is still playing up but hopefully a knee support will carry me through the race aswell as all the supporters!

Update: The knee kept well until about 12 miles where it sort of fell apart :S. I then had to cover the rest of the distance struggling. I made it in 5 hours, an hour longer than my target, but it was an epic experience and I managed a cheeky sprint at the end. I ran 26.43 miles in the end.
